Rooms are great. Sofa bed can be more comfortable. Breakfast can be improved. Please make fresh pancajes! Its not that hard, and healrhier for everyone

Very good hotel with a very good location close to shopping area near by and not far to downtown. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good as well. I would definitely come back.

Hotel is very mediocre, very cramp, no room to move around much. Advertising smart TV 73 inch but there is a small, not smart Tv. Bathroom design is terrible, there isn’t a single shelf or hook for toiletries, and no rack for towels in the bathroom. The shower recess has no barrier or even a cheap curtain, after a shower the whole bathroom and toilet are drenched. There is also fault advertisement for free Carpark. The hotel provides about 6 car spaces, and there never seems to have any available car parking space. We booked a room for 3 and we asked to have the sofa bed made up. Not only the sofa bed wasn’t made up, we have to ask the reception staff twice before someone ran around a long time to find us some sheets and a duvet. I would not recommend this hotel considering the poor service and the terrible room and bathroom design.

It says free parking but we have to look around for street parking which is other side of the hotel.

All very good except for two minor points. Restocking of the room consumables rather hit and miss. No English Breakfast teabags at breakfast, which otherwise was excellent.

Relatively new hotel a short walk from IKEA, other shopping, and a good garden centre. Most of the area is commercial with pleasant housing to the east of the commercial complex. Nice reception area / restaurant area and very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

We can all make mistakes and I understand that it is not always the fault of the staff if somethings are not working but then at least apologize. Here is a list of what I experienced during my stay from the 15-18 of January. 5x - gave up on finding anyone in the reception although it was supposed to be 24/7 4x - my keycard had to be re-configured because it had stopped working 2x - the sauna was cold 1x - I asked for late checkout but it was not put into the system so the cleaner tried to kick me out of the room 1x breakfast ended at 10.00 but already 9.20 Saturday morning there were no more pancakes, cakes, croissants and cheese Sometimes you got an apology from the staff and other times they seemed not really to care. The bed was soft which is the only positive thing I can say about the hotel unfortunately.

Superfin incheckning och en väldigt behjälplig kille i receptionen. Minns ej hans namn men han är från skåne och har en finsk sambo. Han var grym på att lösa de små behov vi hade (extra täcke, badrockar, parkering etc) och var verkligen trevlig och lyhörd. Den enda andra gången vi fått sån service var när hotellet var nyöppnat. Vi har bott här ca 10-tal ggr nu. Så en eloge till honom!

För att vara ett så nytt hotell så fanns det lite trasiga saker. tex, toalettpappershållaren, vattnet sprutar ut över hela badrummet när man duschar, hål i golvet, nödutgångsskyltar står lutade mot väggen och takterrassen är full med skräp. Det är ett fint hotell men det verkar inte riktigt klart. Maten var okey :-)

Fantastisk hotel, ent og nydeligt. kæmpe minus at der kun er 7 parkeringspladser til alle på hotel.

Toalettpappershållare var inte fastskruvad, duschens golv hade fel lutning så golvbrunnen var duschens torraste plats. Stenhårda sängar. Frukosten hade ett ok utbud men brödet och bullarna var kruttorra och risgrynsgröten var inte färdigkokt. Vid påfyllning av brödet lades gammalt torrt tunnbröd fram. Äggröran hade en hård torr yta.
