Clarion Hotel Malmö Live

The location of the hotel was very good. A 5-10 minute walk to the old town, about a 20-30 minute walk to the saunas and bathhouses on the beach and 20 minutes to the Opera House. The views from the Sky Bar were great.

Nice hotel, with easy pay parking. Located walking distance to restaurants, shops and local attractions. Room was larger than I expected. Found the bed too soft but that’s just personal preference. Breakfast was good. Overall good experience.

Convenient for the train station and town centre. Easy to find. Large but not impersonal hotel. Good condition with comfortable spacious rooms.

I rarely leave a review but honestly this hotel deserves a 5 star review. Everything was excellent from checkin to comfort to the standard of everything - well stocked mini bar, great rituals shower gel and shampoo, comfy bed, amazing view, friendly staff! I travel a lot so it takes a lot for me to leave a review let alone be so impressed.

Fantastic service the entire time we were there. The food service in particular was outstanding.

Super hotel stay! In fact it’s cheaper than any surrounding properties in the area! Not sure if I got it at a good price but it was so much cheaper than in Copenhagen. The breakfast spread was fantastic too. Train station is also a very walkable distance away. Grocery store is also near. Possibly able to see northern lights too!

Hotel is close to Malmo Central Station. The room is clean and tidy.

Came to stay for a few days before a conference here. Intended to do some work. The room was so small, you couldn’t sit at the desk. Requested a change but was refused.

Good location, great views from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok. Light bulb missing from bedside light. At busy times the lifts were extremely busy and took ages to get to and from our room as the lifts seemed to prioritise taking people to the roof restaurant.

Fantastic location, facilities and the breakfast buffet will remain a favorite Swedish memory!

Hotel is centrally located and easy walk from the train station. This made transit to and from airport easy and we did a couple of days trips from here too. Room on floor 10 was very comfortable and very quiet with wonderful views across surrounding area. Room was clean apart from black mould in shower which we requested to have cleaned. Staff were polite but not proactive. For example a heads up at check-in to book restaurant or info on options would have been helpful. Dining options at night were limited on Sunday & Monday with the only open hotel restaurant fully booked and most local options in town closed. Hotel seems to be geared for Corporate bookings - lovely downstairs bar was usually packed with corporate groups and were advised couldn’t access the second restaurant for lunch unless pre-booked corporate client. Breakfast had extensive range of food options, including an omelette bar for orders, and plenty of seating although finishes at 9:30am which is earlier than most hotels. Overall a relaxing stay in a central location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, great corner room on the 18th floor. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, great selection and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great location for walking to town and the train station. The breakfast is amazing, standard rooms are small but well appointed with nice views if on a high floor.
