The hotel is very old and not well maintained. It is under renovation and they had partially started with the room I was given. Quite a poor experience. Thankfully I only stayed one night.

Nice old building

Beautiful location on the water and excellent breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel in a stunning location but could do with some refurbishment in certain areas.

The hotel is past it's former days of glory. The interior is quite dated and in need of a major overhaul. That said the staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean. We stayed in both a suite and a nice double deluxe room (to with we were upgraded because the heater in the first room we got wasnt working). The view from the deluxe room was great but the bathroom smelled slightly of sewer. The suite was very cool with a tower with a jacuzzi and bedroom it. The cobweb in the lamps and the poor maintenance (why fix the holes in the wall with off-color wall fillers?) draw down the overall impression. The room was cool though. In the suite we appreciated the complementary in room breakfast and the complementary spa access. We didn't try the restaurant (it was full as we hadn't booked ahead as it was full online as well), but we did try the bar and the bar food menu. In the bar the food and drinks were good, but the drinks were better than the food. I would have wanted a better room service menu and more proactive help from the staff. Also the room service fee is too high for what is offered on the room service menu (if you order one main course you pay for two). Overall though we had a good visit and with the view and the very large and cool suite we would consider coming back.

If you need a place to sleep, stay here but dont expect anything more.

Vackert beläget vid Östersjön oh fin miljö. God mat men hotellet behöver rustas upp. Trasig elektronik och ej fungerande AC, gick ej att mörklägga rummet då mörka gardiner endast delvis täckte fönstren.

Blandad service….. när baren inte kunde servera en smörgås en halvtimma före stängning, så fixade killen i receptionen det klockan 12 på natten! Fantastiskt!!

Väldigt dåligt skick på rum

Katastrof. Hotellet luktade mögel och var i stort renoveringsbehov. Dem höll på och renovera när vi kom men egentligen hade det varit bättre om dem hade haft stängt och öppnar igen när det var klart. Rummet var kallt och fönstret var inte isolerat pga renovering. Dålig frukost buffe, inte ens riktigt kaffe!

Superbt på alla sätt och vis.

Maten, servicen och personalen var mycket bra. Matsalen var jättefin. Ett hotell som ar i stort behov av den renovering som är på gång. Väldigt spartanskt inredda rum, saknar garderob och förvaringsbyrå och det fanns ingen spegel på rummet. Rummet var helt i avsaknad av mysfaktor. Det luktade unket avlopp i korridorerna men som tur var inte på vårt rum.

Pågående renovering med ofärdiga rum. Behöver stort av renovering badrum, fönster, korridorer, tak i matsal, shuffle i dåligt skick. Priset motsvarar förväntningarna och vi ser fram emot att komma åter när renoveringarna är klara. För lite parkeringar. Kom i tid.

Frukosten var inte i nuvå med förväntningarna!

Två uppsättningar av handdukar i ett trebädds rum är lite för lite.

Detta var ingen bra upplevelse dessvärre. Trevlig personal men sedan var det rak igenom låg kvalité på allt. Vi får hoppas en renovering inom kort gör det bättre. Kan ej rekommenderas.

Rummet vi fick verkade i behov av renovering. Rent, men gammal standard, kala väggar med skruvhål.
