+comfortable beds. personel nice, near trainstation. restaurant and bar ”in hotel area”.
-Very varm room, no aircondition and the Windows were no good. Breakfast was served in another hotel across the street. The reception closed early.

Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

The property was convenient to get to but there was an issue with our booking since we booked with Hotel Hjalmar but instead were put in the sister property, First Hotel. The shower was broken, the chair in room was so dirty that my wife had to cover it with a towel to sit on. The heater element was broken and our keys stopped working after the first night. We were given a new room but it was a downgrade of sorts. I did not appreciate having to stay in a hotel that was not apart of the original booking.
There were some good and bad elements to the stay but overall a C- grade.

Location is excellent, and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of good choices. The listing said there was parking available for a fee, but when I arrived they said there is none, and had to park on the street. The room lacked basic stuff: has only one hanger, the bathroom shower doesn’t have a soap holder.

The room was ok. But a fridge in the middle of the room I don’t understand, and it was very dirty as well. The shower curtain was also dirty. Ok, but not worth the price.

Vi har bott där förut och tyckt det varit mycket bra.
Nu, nej! Ingen personal! Ingen frukost på hotellet, fick gå tvärsöver gatan till en utomordentligt dålig frukost i en urtråkig miljö. Osten var gammal, kalkonskinkan var sur, mådde lite pyton efter. Dessutom fanns inte vanligt smör, endast Flora! Urdåligt! Tidigare serverades frukosten i restaurangen på gatuplan. Mycket god!

Rummet var stort och rymligt och sängarna var bekväma. Delar av rummet var slitet men det var städat och fint annars. Det ända dåliga är att frukosten är på hotell örebro rakt över gatan så vi var tvugen på med jackor och kängor i snökaoset för att bara äta frukost. Receptionen står som bemannad men såg aldrig någon där, receptionen inne på hotel Örebro var trevlig och hjälpsam i alla fall.
