Surprisingly nice hotel given that it is just a short walk to the terminal! Highly recommend it if you need to make sure you’ll be on time for an early flight.

Landvetter airport hotel - the original First and foremost the experienced travelers that make up a fluctuating percentage of people in movement these day are, believe or not discriminating. Time and tides and markets change as do the people that chose to follow them. What does not change is all the time in between travel and business. Often alone and often condemned to the tediousness of dining alone with indifferent or worse service and accommodation. All of this needs to be e posed because there is help out there in the form of dedicated hotels with caring compassionate staff that would like you to be a happy guest. Which brings us to the Landvetter airport hotel. Not, I hasten to add the Scandic Airport hotel which is an altogether different fish pie and one of the few hotels I have stayed at that has rooms with no windows and other things you would not thank me for mentioning. So back to the Landvetter hotel situated on a knoll overlooking the airport and somehow able to attract staff willing to go the extra mile and customers willing to look beyond the surface and make the difference between the desire to please and the stone cold professionalism to bring it on home. Ok this is not a new build, it almost dates back to the early days when planes had propellers. It has this mid-century feel that is undeniable and helped by the present owner’s interest in the forties and fifties style furnishings that have woven themselves into the character of the hotel. Very convenient to walk to the airport in about 5 minutes, although shuttle service is available if needed. The food at dinner was pretty good, although the menu didn't have a lot of variety. The breakfast was nice, even at 4:30 in the morning.

This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was amazing, the room was quiet, and the location was perfect to walk to the airport.

One night after late flight

The room was fine, but no where to sit as the couch had been turned into a bed. I was only 1 person so did not need this. The floor was not so clean, but the rest of the room was ok. Dinner at the restaurant was great. Service at the front desk was great also.

Front desk was great but restaurant staff was very poor.

Lovely hotel. But the rooms where freezing and you couldent change that.

Have used this hotel on a number of occasions and every time it has been enjoyable. A stand out moment of this trip was that I remarked on a particular food with my evening meal. Within minutes he came back with a recipe for it in English.

I walked with my luggages from airport to hotel. It was safe and easy access. And their breakfast starts from 3:30 !!

Love this hotel for early flights, easy 3 minute walk to airport. Helpful, friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast buffet, and begins at 3:30am.The green juice is tops!

It was such a nice hotel. Very clean and quiet. Very convenient to the airport. Staff was exceptionally nice! Will definitely stay there again.
