My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.

Vi hade beställt rum med två enkelsängar, men vi fick en dubbelsäng som var obekväm. Det låg lite skräp på badrumsgolvet. Tuben med duschtvål satt inte fast på väggen som den skulle. Restaurangen var stängd, men det nämndes inget om det när vi beställde rummet. Frukostbuffén var jättebra dock!

Enda om jag ska säga något neg. Var att vi hade bokat ett trippelrum med Queens bed men fick dubbel rum med 2 enkel sängar. Var och sa till och fick då det rum vi betalat för utan problem. Bra garage i parkingshus

Leider musste ich die Erfahrung machen, dass über sämtliche Zimmer Mitglieder einer Clan-Familie aus dem Libanon genächtigt haben. Sie haben sich derart rücksichtslos und beschämend verhalten, dass ich vier Stockwerke weiter nach oben umgezogen bin. Übrigens kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Nicht einmal einen kleinen Spalt. Die Zimmertemperatur war deutlich zu kalt und man kann es nicht wärmer regulieren. Die Anlage sagt zwar, dass man um 3 Grad nach oben stellen kann, das funktioniert aber nicht. Ich habe mir dort eine Erkältung zugezogen, weil es so dermassen kalt war. Nie wieder werde ich dort wohnen...!

Dålig städning med smutsiga lakan och handdukar. Väldigt dammiga rum. Heltäckningsmattor i rummen och både jag och mannen upplevde starka allergier (troligtvis damm). Vi stannade 3 nätter och fick frågan på dag två om de skulle städa rummen men då sov vi. Frukosten var rörig och hade inte jätte färska grejer. Har bott här förut och då har det varit toppen men denna gången blev jag besviken. Hotellet har gått ner sig tyvärr. Varje dag, morgon som kväll, stod de fullt med ungdomar utanför entrén och rökte. Otrevligt.
