Directly across the street from the Central Train Station and a short walk to the T-Central (subway) hub, this is a very convenient location. The neighborhood is lively, with tons of shopping, dining, drinking, sightseeing. Room was quiet, comfortable and well-appointed.

Terrible stay, as soon that I arrived at 6:30am after a long night I was extremely disappointed and disrespected by the receptionist ( I didn’t have time to get her name, but the blond lady with curly hair and glasses) was rude enough to leave me a horrible impression about the hotel. The rooms are dirty, the bathroom had bad smells and towels. They don’t have a mini fridge inside the room. The breakfast is crowded and the lack of higiene is huge. It was a big no no for me. The location is convenient but at night can be very scary, especially on winter.

Very clean and modern hotel. Great breakfast options. Found staff to be a little standoffish and having stayed at many Scandic hotels in Stockholm before and Scandinavia as whole, this is not usually the case. On my return to Stockholm I will be staying at my preferred Haymarket by Scandic around the corner. The hotel is in a great location though and could not fault the hotel the staff could simply be a bit friendly and regardless, Haymarket is much more special especially this time of year (Christmas)

Enjoyable 4 night stay. Great location for sightseeing and transport. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was sometimes very busy but great variety of food. Comfy beds.
If not careful, shower can flood bathroom floor as there is space between shower door and floor tile. Would be difficult for tall people as shower head needs to be positioned lower.
