Spent a relaxing ski weekend and the accommodations, food and service could not have been better. Very quiet property with all the perks. Nice selection of locally sourced wines was a pleasant surprise. The consierge, Founé was a superb host and the shuttle team were first rate. Highly recommended!

Really disappointed, the place is running down and the management does not seem to care. Food is just catastrophic and definitely not worth anything more than what a 3 star hotel would provide. The hotel has a serious issue around its restaurants. And the management refuses to acknowledge it.

Great hotel . Just feeling a little tired in the suite we stayed. Loose basin, cracked toilet seat that caught your skin when using and rather stained and chipped furniture in our lounge area of the suite. Staff excellent as usual. Needs some money spending on the suite room for certain though

Valet service is great. Spa facilities is limited given it is called a spa resort. Missing a cold and hot foot bath and a rest area. The outdoor rest area of the swimming pool is partially connected to the restaurant. It is awkward for the people on swim suit and not great for appetite for the guests sitting in the terrace of the restaurant. They have plastic covers over every pen at the reception, looks cheap and not eco friendly at all… if it’s for the purpose of covid, I don’t think the plastic covers mean much. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel offered two complimentary apples in the room, but one of them was hollow, disgusting… The restaurant service was very slow, seem they were under staff… overall experience is ok but definitely did not excel as a 5-star spa hotel…

Good location next to the train station - easy to walk into town and quick train ride to the slopes. Option to ski back directly to the hotel also.
The hotel is in a nice condition, with plenty of space to relax after skiing. Fondue restaurant was wonderful, and good breakfast selection. The bar menu could use a bit of improvement - I found it strange that there was only a part menu running during my stay at the weekend - even though the hotel was busy!
I would visit the hotel again!

A fantastic experience! Experienced Asian 5 Star Hotel hospitality in beautiful European setting!!!
The hotel staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Helped with the parking of the car instantly, and showing every detail of the hotel upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!! And the staff can remember each guest's preferred style of coffee! Next morning upon our arrival, we were presented with our personal designed itinerary and all transport tickets arranged!!! And of course enjoyed the breathtaking surrounding views of the hotel!!!
