Check in was delayed as the room was not ready. The receptionist couldn’t offer a solution and no excuse. The restaurant toilet was blocked for no reason for over 1h, we reported it several times but nothing happened. Furthermore, the staff told us to store the luggage in the car after we unloaded the car. We asked for a luggage room and the receptionist denied it.

Excellent family vacation thanks to the hotel’s comfort, style, spa, breakfast, location, and easygoing friendliness. Can’t recommend highly enough! Will definitely be back.

We liked the hard rock in Davos for years. Great hotel, nice bathroom, great breakfast. Wellness area is nice and relaxing. Dinner is not worth it- tastes good but really expensive.

Sauna and gym were very good; best feature in the hotel IMHO

Hotel itslef is great. Loved the spa (saunas, steam room, and pool) and the excellent and wide ranging breakfast options. Not so happy with construction in front of hotel. Nor the fact that my room was right above the staff's smoking spot, which is to the left of the front entrance. Tried to rent an ebike from the hotel (c)very convenient!), but the bike had a broken spoke and there was zero setup for the shocks. Ended up cancelling the reservation and renting from bike shop instead. Service staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and new and very clean. I've stayed here before and I'd stay here again in the future. Recommended.

Exceeded our expectations. Too bad we booked last minute and we could not get a covered parking spot.

The area doesn’t feel safe at night.

Un hotel avec des atouts : bon emplacement, jolie chambre propre et salle de bains fonctionnelle, spa agréable. Cependant, l’accueil n’a pas été à la hauteur. Il a fallu réclamer les avantages gold/VIP. Le parking gratuit a été accepté, mais le surclassement refusé 2 fois, alors que l’hôtel était loin d’être plein de l’aveu même de la réceptionniste. 4 mini macarons offerts pour compenser. Lit d’appoint pour notre fille de 12 ans peu confortable (plutôt pour un jeune enfant 5/6 ans) Nous n’avons pas aimé le restaurant pour le dîner : plats chers et médiocres.

It was very comfy and the breakfast was fantastic! Rooms super quiet .. maybe not enough seating in our room to watch TV.. and enjoy the view, only one comfortable chair available. The only other item is that was we thought there would be a mini fridge for ice and drinks but there was none! Everything else was super nice. Really enjoyed our stay.

The check-in did not go as expected. The lady handed us the key card without providing any information. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was also very good. The remaining staff were always very friendly.

It’s always good to be back

A mixed experience I booked for 2 nights just staying myself and my 10 year old son, having driven across Europe from the U.K. My son is a huge fan of Hard Rock hotels (our last stay being at the one in Tenerife) so we were excited to stay here in Davos. We booked the best room available (Platinum Suite - easily enough room for 6!) in hope of a great stay. We had a poor experience at their restaurant on the first night (‘GMT 1’) but the following day the manager Lorraine took time to meet with me about it and went the extra mile to set things right. I trust she will train up the waiter involved. The Spa was lovely, and Gabriella ensured we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. A little confusing to book (their digital booking system on the Contler app sent us round in circles, asking us for passwords that were weren’t provided) but once we’re we’re booked I had a great deep tissue back massage and a relax in the hot tub. The Platinum Suite (room 906) is a large modern apartment. Decor was minimalistic compared to other Hard Rock hotels I’ve stayed at, feeling somewhat clinical rather than the usual rock star vibe. It was great to have USB sockets everywhere (even in the bathroom) and in true Hard Rock fashion I was able to borrow an acoustic guitar during our stay.

Nach über 10 Minuten Wartezeit beim Check-in war unser Zimmer um 15 Uhr leider noch nicht bereit. Daher gingen wir zuerst ins SPA. Nach dem SPA musste ich zum zweiten Mal 10 Minuten anstehen, um den Zimmerschlüssel zu erhalten. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos auf der Website. Das Zimmer war für Rollstuhlfahrer ausgelegt. Dies bedeutet, dass das Badezimmer war gross war, jedoch eine offene Dusche und ein Mini-Lavabo enthielt. Obwohl ich als VIP-Member von Hotels.com einen garantierten Late-Check-Out zugesprochen hätte, wurde mir dies durch das Hotel verwehrt. Das Hotel ist gut zum Stadion gelegen. Das SPA und das Restaurant sind gut.

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for the second time already- great hotel- superb breakfast, great dinner menu- large rooms including a great Spa area and very friendly service!
