Everything was outstanding at this hotel. Wonderful staff, amazing views, great location, well appointed rooms, and the breakfast was excellent!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and 2nd Spa hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities was great, especially the spa areas and massage.

This is a beautiful, lakefront hotel, and we had a wonderfully spacious room. The staff were all exceptional and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!!

I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with the exceptional level of service provided by your staff. The reception staff were absolutely phenomenal, going above and beyond to ensure that my check-in was seamless and stress-free. Their welcoming demeanour and willingness to assist with any and all inquiries was greatly appreciated, and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. I must also commend the breakfast staff for their attentive service and delightful personalities. They consistently went out of their way to ensure that I was well taken care of, and their kind gestures did not go unnoticed. The rooms were nothing short of magnificent. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the view of Lake Locarno from my balcony was simply breathtaking. I felt as though I was living in a dream world throughout my entire stay, and I cannot thank your team enough for making it such a memorable experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room had direct access to spa terrace which was great.

This hotel exudes a pleasant vibe. It looks nice, and it is nice. The people are nice, especially the reception. They upgraded us. It’s just one of those hotels that’s just perfectly nice. It has all the amenities that pre pandemic hotels used to have. Shampoos, conditioners, body cream oh la la. My wife would probably add that although there is a lot of counter space it was a little bit dark. I would like to add that I looked good in the mirror and the shower was refreshing and powerful. There is reasonably priced parking (14CHF) that’s easy to reach behind the building. Nice. Our room offered a stunning view and the free breakfast buffet was also…very very nice.

Perfect location right on the lake

Location was perfect, breakfast was very good, staff were friendly & they had parking. The jacuuzzi with the view of Lake Maggiore was just awesome!

Good location, nice view from the balcony. 4 minites from the train station by foot, a lot of restaurants nearby. Very nice experience with the reception (both check in and check out). Free bottle of water on departure was a nice touch. Aircon in the room, small fridge in the room, modern TV. Would book again, very good overall experience. We did not book breakfast buffet (due to the corona risk, but we are very conservative on this matter).

Good position on the lake front, easy walk to town. Parking a bit problematic - either on meters on the road opposite, to paying daily to park in the (limited) car park of the hotel, quite expensive but convenient.

The most special part of our stay was the kindness and empathy from the entire staff. The restaurant and food are also amazing. And so the wine selection. Nothing was different than amazing in every single item.

The room was lovely with a spacious balcony and lake view. The only way it could have been more perfect was if there was coffee available in the room.
