Novotel Suites Genève Aéroport

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It was a perfect distance from the airport (about 10-15 mins on number 10 bus) and very conveniently had a shopping centre opposite with coffee shops, food court and supermarket inside. The staff were very welcoming and contacted me prior to my arrival to check the bed arrangement for my family. They also had a luggage room available for leaving bags before/after check-out although our room was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in early which was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were staying in a family room so had one large bed and two singles for our children. There was a curtain that could be drawn between the beds to separate the sleeping areas. The bathroom had a shower and a bath and a separate toilet near the door. There were lots of eco friendly touches like bamboo cups and everything was pristine. The reception kindly let us borrow some travel adaptors which we’d forgotten for our chargers. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast (with two fussy children) so we bought bits from the supermarket opposite and borrowed bowls from the hotel to eat in our rooms. The hotel is right on number 10 tram service which takes you to the train station and centre of Geneva in 20-30 mins and connects with all other tram lines. We thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with children.

After our two week vacation in France and Switzerland, we flew home from Geneva. We stayed only one night since it was so close to the airport. This hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also very clean and worked for our daughter’s family of four since every room is a mini suite. We reserved three rooms for three families. It was perfect!

A gem in the centre of convenience and luxury. I first started staying in this hotel in 2006 - fasf forward to 2024 it has remained the same in the quality of its accommodation ,and service to guest. Excellent all the time.
