Nice location, friendly staff and clean room, overall it is value for money. The only drawback is that the soundproofing is not very good.
I would come back again if I am visiting Taoyuan in the future.

I booked 2 nights here but when I checked in, the staff told me they couldn't find the booking and then ignored me and didn't help me. They sat down to do other things and didn't check again. Then I had to find another staff and ask them to check again and they found my room booking. The room service staff didn't change the blankets and didn't clean the room. Extremely bad service

The location is different on the map. It said the address at taipei. Actually at taoyuan. We were confused when we ordered uber. Hedo and lee room.

The room is awesome and comfy. The staffs are very accommodating and they even pack food & book a taxi for me since I have an early flight. It’s a great experience to stay in Taoyuang Hedo Hotel. Highly recommended!
