Room too small, price is very expensive

Checkin very troublesome as it is a self- checkin counter with emergency telephone. Got wrong room card first which didn't worked. The Condition of the hotel and room was better than expected, but I did not see any sign when booking that my room has NO WINDOW. If you just want to sleep there, then maybe okay but no indication what's going on outside or if it's already bright or dark, raining or so, its very depressing. The lockers are useful, thanks for that! location is good, but overall 60% to expensive, especially for a room without window...

All good. It is a hotel with self-service kiosk for check-in/out.

Small but cozy, clean and no weird smalls, windows opens maybe….. the self-check in process is simple enough, close to ningxia might market, Walkable from the tpe airport mrt train station. 7-eleven downstairs around the corner. Overall pretty good.

Let's begin by saying there is no concierge, so upon arriving at hotel you will be speaking into a ring door alarm and then proceed to check in through a kiosk, no interaction whatsoever with the actual people who run the hotel. I rented two rooms the one with the window had a toilet issue and would not flush, housekeeping came in one day and cleaned bathroom but did not address the toilet and left the presents from the previous day inside it. Since communication was an issue we had no way of telling someone there was a problem with the toilit not flushing (again no concierge) Luckily we had a second room and my family member used our restroom. I never saw housekeeping in the facility but they did arrive while we were gone to clean our room. On the last day next to the kiosk I noticed a box of condoms and a sign, that let's you rent room by the hour, strange because I did see some family people at the hotel in passing. So my guess is this is also a love hotel, take that information into account when you book, I noticed to late otherwise I would not book here. Lastly I came home with athletes foot, this tells me shower was not as clean as it should be so be aware. Nightmarket, 711, Starbucks, within spitting distance. Metro a 10 min walk, and lots of food options. Would I stay again? Not worth it for the headache and trip to the pharmacy it gave me....

Hotel service great and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Next to Ning Xia night market. Area very convenient for transportation. Soundproof hotel.

It's right next to Ningxia night market, and within 10 minutes you can reach Taipei Main and Zhongshan, so the location is very good. However, it's not as clean as I expected.

Staff members were very helpful in the 5days we stayed. Providing directions, giving suggestions n making minor adjustions to our daily breakfast.

The check in was easy and fast. I got up to my room in less than 10 min. My room overlooks the street yet street noises are almost 0. Room is clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are amazing. Slept soundly every night. TV has preloaded videos and streams YouTube, plus the speakers are on the ceiling so the sound is like surround sound. The toilet is big enough. With a jacuzzi tub to soak in after a long day out. Complimentary basic toiletries provided- u can get ur own bubble bath if u want. Breakfast is ordered from a menu, the night before. You just need to call down to say u coming for breakfast, get yourself prepared (15mins) and they will call you once breakfast is ready and you head down. 2mins to ningxia night market, 7-11 downstairs, Watson's and ATMs opposite, starbucks 3mins, 12min walk to Taipei Main Station or Airport MRT station. The staff is observant, friendly & will help u with information. This is a small hotel so it is cosy. Check out was done less than 5 mins. Will stay here again.

This hotel was great! It was within walking distance to Taipei main station. The staff at the hotel (Nick and Ryan) went above and beyond to accommodate us and make recommendations. I would recommend this hotel.

Good Location, room is clean and bed is comfortable

Small room, but reasonably tidy and clean. Convenient location to transportation and night market. Noisy traffic at night.

The pillows are a bit too hard for me. Otherwise, very good.

Ning Xia is a small hotel with only about 20 rooms. I requested a double bed and they gave us a room with a whirlpool tub which we never used though. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are small compared to those in the US. They offer a cooked to order breakfast which was very good. Better than a buffet self serve style breakfast. Location is excellent and you are only a block away from the Ning Xia night market. You are located in the older part of Taipei. Taipei Airport Station is within walking distance about 12 min. away. Hotel is only about 3 years old but it will need some maintenance in the rooms as the furniture is starting to get banged up because of the tight spaces. Bathroom is a bit tight. Closet rack is in the open instead of a regular enclosed closet. They have a free laundry with washer and dryer but the dryer only runs in low heat and it doesn't dry your clothes. Taipei is very humid and it seems your clothes do not completely dry even hanging in the room for days. All in all, it is in a good location and we were pleased with our 5 day stay.

Just right next to the night market, good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very good room price with surprisingly good breakfasts included. If looking for comfort, not this hotel. If looking for good deal, this is the one.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Just beside Ning XIA night market and close to MRT station and shopping places. Clean comfortable hotel with nice breakfast. Love the jacuzzi couple bathtub. Free DIY laundry and dryer service in the hotel.

Easily the best hotel that we stayed in during 5 weeks in Taiwan. The made to order breakfast is delicious. The bath is great and relaxing. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. The only minor annoyance is that the internet disconnects at midnight every night. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
