The room rendered had no TV but yet I was charged for a full service with TV inclusive tried asking the receptionist, she gave me cheap answers without solutions.
Breakfast service I was told it will be provided on the check out day this wasn’t communicated prior to payment what a pathetic service.
Requested for wifi password it took me longer since the evening I checked in and in the morning upon requesting for it again I was told they didn’t have the passwords to issue me with.
No restaurant or bar services provided.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay in this hotel as their services are way below standards and have NO VALUE FOR MONEY!!!!!

Hotel is cheap, location is good for port. Air con did not work first night as control was broken - the hotel noticed this on showing us to the room but chose to ignore and not tell us so uncomfortable 1st night. Housekeeping kept turning off the hot water in the room so no hot water for duration of stay. Wi-Fi is incredibly annoying - you need a voucher from reception every time you re-enter the hotel. Only facilities are small outdoor area for breakfast. Service not great to be honest vs other places.

Prices are very high compared to what service is offerd the rooms have no tv not even a single bottle of water plus no breakfast included,paying 140 k per night is way to high compared to the services given
