Alain, another case of photos doctored to make look better t han reality, Hallways dirty, the room furniture with paint chipped all over the place. Have seen better days. No shower. The only thing about Presidential suite was more floor space. Sofa completely worn out. I live in Thailand now for 10 years, this is my worst hotel room ever.

Check-out is 10 minutes late and you have to pay half the room rate. It is not waived or 100 baht per hour. I feel bad when staying here often.

The room is not soundproof at all. The sounds of talking, closing doors, and walking from outside are very loud. The towels are old, smelly, and look dirty. The sink is also clogged. The location is in a narrow alley, inconvenient, and you can't walk out to find something to eat. You have to drive only. The building looks like it hasn't been renovated yet. The elevator and the hotel area are not clean. At first, I thought I would try using the service because there are many in big cities. But I think next time I won't stay at B2, no matter which province, because I might encounter the same problem.

Very old and rather dirty. Room was dark. Actual room condition is much worse than the pictures shown on Traveloka app. Highly not recommended. I booked Deluxe type already which is supposed to be good.
