Building looks well. Room looks good. The wall is in new and modern style. The only thing that keep this facility from getting the highest score was hot water. The warm water maker did not seem to make warm water at all through shower head with highest scale. Good room, comfortable, soft bed. There are only 2 things that prevent this hotel from reaching the highest scale: the water heater doesn't work. Even though it has reached its highest point. The water was still not hot. and not sure It is a matter of booking through traveloka or not, resulting in the room having no telephone service in the room. And there was no mention of wifi or giving any wifi code especially that the phone should be available in every room. There are no exceptions. But overall it is still considered good.

The security staff spoke and acted in a bad way. Come to park and send relatives who stay here to chase them not to park. Relatives legs are not good, get out of the car late, come to chase, stay 3 nights, come to chase every night. and staff at the counter Ask for more hot water bottles, they are not given. Tell them to charge more money, they won't give. Say a single sentence, reserve a room like this, no more And will not recommend anyone who knows to stay with ☹️

Broken lights / bathrooms, water leaks, water heaters are not good. very afraid of electric shock / no phone in the room no hot water kettle / The air conditioner is broken, not cold Plus water flows from the air conditioner. Splashes on clothing / Do not paste flammable information Have to walk down to ask for a code only. Should have it in the room or give the code since check-in / Employees are likely to be new interns. I don't know any information that should be known. During the festival there should be staff. Chamnan comes to provide customer information / The room has many flaws. request to change room but can't change the new room normally stay in B2 all the time but never stay in this branch First time to be honest not impressed at all Should improve too
