Very convenient for people who have to travel to foreign countries. The staff were very helpful. When there is a question, fast reply, good atmosphere, quiet, suitable for family The food at the hotel is not that varied. But if going out to eat outside There are many restaurants near the mall which are convenient and inviting. If traveling, will return to stay again.

The poolside bar counter staff seemed unprepared to provide service. One of the valets asked which way to go to the restaurant on the golf course side. He answered in a way that was unclear. He spoke as if he was Burmese and did not understand Thai.

Going to the hotel is very convenient, near Suvarnabhumi Hotel, the hotel atmosphere is natural, the cool breeze is quiet, suitable for resting, the rooms are clean, the air conditioner is cool. Good service staff, almost everyone is hospitable, friendly, have the opportunity to go to rest again, thank you.

However, after reading the entirety of your review, may I express how truly sorry I am for the points you raised and your experience with our front desk receptionists. I was extremely concerned to learn of the attitude expressed by my staff as we pride ourselves on providing a warm Thai welcome and high level of service. I have already passed your comments on to our Front Office Manager so that we can continue to improve our guests’ experiences during their time with us.
In additional, I would like to apologize for the areas which did not meet your expectations. I hope that the limited English capabilities of our staff did not overly inconvenience your stay. Our staff are currently going through additional English language courses to improve their communication with guests, and hopefully by your next visit there will be some improvements and you won’t have to worry about any language barriers.
