Nice rooms with pool (but should be cleaned more often)
The location is a bit off and you need a taxi or bike/car to look around.
Food is good and your wishes can most often be accommodated if not on the menu.
The staff is incredibly friendly and service-minded!

Stunning property with equally stunning prices. We stayed also at the Nearly identical new Four Seasons property in Vietnam, and the in-resort prices were double at Koh Samui. For example, the least expensive bottle of wine was $120. In Vietnam, it was $45. There are many restaurants and wine shops right outside the hotel. And cabs are easy to get. So we just went out every night. In Vietnam, we ordered food and wine all week long. For more than 1K a night, it was just a little cheeky and felt like we were being gouged. They lost a lot of business.
