Newly renovated hotel, nice room, clean, outside, there are many bars. But the noise is not loud at all. Very convenient location near BTS.

The location is great because its only 3 minutes walk to Nana BTS and nearest 7/11. The hotel is surounded by night life facilities.

We've stayed 5 days in maxim 's inn. The first we opened the door, smells like too long not to be used. The air conditioner was noisy. The lift so old sometimes we have to push the bottom hard. But the room is clean & they clean the room every day. Near to bts nana, but we haved to pass the nightlife 😁.

located in an alley opposite the Swedish Embassy which is convenient for going on errands But in the alley bar at night will be a bit busy small standard room clean bedroom area but the bathroom is ok The bedroom is not soundproof, can hear sounds from outside.

The room is spacious, but can be broken. On the 5th floor, there is no elevator. You have to walk up the stairs on the 1st floor. The outside is OK.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days, the first day of the morning, the air conditioner got too much water, went to the receptionist to fix it and went out to play. About 12:40 pm in the evening, then turn on the air-conditioner for about 10 minutes, then continue to work, repair the workers very late, until the end of the day, I went out to 12g to open the broken air conditioner, waiting for 1 hour is not cold. . The room is enough, the hairdryer must ask the receptionist, the water is smooth, just not friendly for the family vacation because the place is at the end of the alley and along the alley is a bar. Near BTS Nana, near Mcd and Sevel. Friendly staff.

Maybe the area is of a higher price standard, there are no double rooms with hot water cookers, toothbrushes, coffee sachets and hairdryers (must borrow from the receptionist) Super cold air conditioner. Breakfast is made by order only 1min / person. The coffee isn't hot

The staff is very welcoming, smiling. Check in time is 2:00 pm. But we go to 12.45 hrs. The staff allowed us to check in to the room. Don't wait until afternoon 2 The room is spotless. Awesome customer service! Clean and quaint rooms. The free breakfast and food from the menu were in proper proportions. Ut taste good too! Location is not so much for people travelling with children because the street is lined with bars and massage parlors.

The hotel is in the Redlight District, so it's not family friendly. In my room there are lots of little ants, even though every day I have asked for a lot of ants to be cleaned. But the staff are friendly.
