There are cockroaches. I met two cockroaches. One is at the entrance of the elevator, while the other is in the toilet of the room.🫠.

พนักงานบริการดีให้ลูกค้ารอ ให้ลูกค้าจัดการติดต่อtravel เองเพราะไม่มีเมลล์ยืนยันการเข้าพักและพนักงานไม่มีความรู้เรื่อง และตัดสินใจด้วยการให้ลูกค้าจ่ายใหม่อีกครั้งและพนักงานตอบให้ผ่านพ้นทั้งที่ไม่จัดการอะไรเลย ทั้งที่ความจริงแล้วพนักงานต้องจัดการติดต่อกับทางtravel เอง ไม่ใช่ให้ลูกค้าจัดการเอง

The service here is not good, when it rains, the staff walks through the door but doesn't help pick up an umbrella. walk to pick up at the car Even though I know that the car parked in front of the hotel is the customer, this one is the second part. The bathroom stinks like the smell from the pipes or the toilet. Plus the shower is broken. This price is considered expensive compared to other places in Phatthalung. Fortunately, only booked for one night.

Very good for business trip. The location was perfect, a good shopping (7-11, Coliseum Mall, Fashion house) restaurant district and beauty salon. I was able to stay at a quiet and clean hotel room. The staff was awesome, very friendly, helpful, helped.
