No large single bed. Room not clean. Service very bad. First time for ota and bad experience. So sad for over spending money for expensive than real and bad services.

The receptionist did not respond when the reservation was made. And there is no saying if there is no room to do. In addition to feeling bad, then lose the confidence to use your services next time. The room was not cleaned before. TV story is not available. The water must not call before it is available. Personally think that this kind of story with a star-level hotel should not happen.

The room did not match the reservation. I feel sorry old money in the Czech workers in the face. I have booked with or full room, and then became an old non-flammable old air conditioner. The old bathroom has no water heater, the glass is not wiped in the room, there is garbage, it is very bad feeling.

The room he gave us a bad sleep (room x411) stinky old shabby, we called to the lobby. The housekeeper took the spray to deodorize the spray. So we called again. Talk with male staff I also do not talk well. He put his ear. We went to talk to the lobby. To change room The man behind the man was not satisfied. But finally, let's change it. The new condition is much better. We do not understand why the room is so bad for us.
