Good location, there is a 7-Eleven under the accommodation, very convenient. The hotel is clean, the staff provides good service. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to use the service.

Room no.508 Bathroom drains slowly, there is water flooding the floor while taking a shower, there is a smell from the bathroom The wifi system is smooth, the staffs are smiling and provide very good service.

In terms of the hotel, it's bad. Without conscience, how can a sick person be sent to the hospital so that the fever can infect other people? Can't postpone the date. Trageloka's way is just as bad. If you don't fight back, customers won't ask to choose hotel and travelloka services anymore. There's P'Kana to tell you. Will share that you don't have to use the app with services from the hotel. 0/10
