Best Hotels in Chiang Mai

Very far from center of town. Very bad service of staff.

Everything is quite good, the service is satisfying, the location is close to everywhere, the rooms are clean and the lights are plenty and bright, me and my family are very satisfied. The only minus is that the water in the shower is very small. I really don't like it

I enjoyed my 8 days stay in this hotel. Helpful is friendly and helpful. Room is clean. It 's worth the price.

Nice location, affordable, a lot of restaurants and 7-11 in front, so privacy, quite, and can park motorcycle. Not far from Central Plaza Chiang Mai and many tourist attractions. The staff also so kind 🙏🏻. Definitely will back to stay here again ♥.

Recently, I booked a room in the highest category, expecting the quality and comfort associated with it. However, I was placed in a lower-category room, despite having paid for the highest option. I was informed there was a lack of availability for the room I booked, even though my booking had been confirmed. I understand that availability can sometimes be challenging, but I was disappointed, as this did not align with the service I've previously experienced at b2 pano Residency. Implementing a clear policy or providing suitable compensation, like a rate adjustment or a future upgrade, could make such situations feel fairer and more transparent.
