The area is not well maintained. Very old building. Scary surroundings. Many bugs in our room. Hotel photos were not updated. Wifi didn't reach our room. Won't recommend to other people.

A beautiful, fairytale-like Hotel. The staffs are very nice, room was clean and spacious, breakfast menu lacks variety but it was ok. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at U Khao Yai.

Food could be a lot better given the price and Dusit brand. Breakfast was disappointing, so was the Asilli Tree Kuni restaurant. Very standard for the price.

Great Hotel at economical price. Perfect for travellers with cars. There is a lively market nearby (5min walking) where you can wind down in the evening, beer garden style as well as restaurants and bars. A 7-11 is 3min by foot away. It was a great business trip accommodation for me.

Tried the restaurant here and the food was awful! Not warm and simply too bland for us! The hotel is situated nicely among hills which we appreciated. But the staff were not helpful at all! Did not help with our luggage and did not make an effort to take us to the room. Nor were they flexible with the check out time even though the hotel was not that busy. Quite disappointed. We visit khaoyai often and I guess we will try a different hotel next time. Would love to recommend because of its location but the service threw us away. So if you want a so-so treatment from their staff but good location, may be! But no more for us!

Great value. The room was spacious and comfortable. Have a daily cleaning.

Convenient place with reasonable price, not far from the train station and few minutes walk to 7/11 and 5 minutes walk to The mall Korat.
