Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Please check your email for location of key. There will be a one time cleaning fee you have to pay when check-in off 500 baht.

Please note that daily price includes water and free electricity 15 KW per day, however if you open the AC and the doors at the same time we have to charge you for the overused electric on check-out by 10 baht/KW.

If you use AC for 24 hours a day, costs about 100 baht /day/AC, using a setting of 24 degrees and assuming hot weather outside.

A THB 1,000 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

An additional cleaning fee of 500 baht has been charged without notice at all. Rest has been completed. Calls will be charged later. Write it in a document attached to the mail at the very end. We ourselves hardly care. very bad feeling Recommend others to stay elsewhere.

The place is very good but there is no service management, no regular caretaker there. Completely uncomfortable. I mainly use the ota service. Both plane tickets and accommodation. This time for the first time disappointed.

There are 2 bugs in the room. Booked in the app up 500.58 baht. Once the booking is finished, the owner charges another 500 saying that it is a cleaning fee. Why does the app not notify from the beginning that the total price is 1000.58 baht, lose an additional 500 bad feeling? Can be canceled for 250 baht in the night. The room is clean, but the entrance is not ok. Feeling very bad. Add 500 extra.

This is not a hotel, a condo, why the agent has to go to the website, both as a hotel booking website. Should be informed first Because check in had to wait for the key Wasting time, cleaning fees will be increased by 500 baht. Notify when paying already. Before paying, did not report that the cleaning fee was added. Otherwise, would not book The TV didn't look. Book a pool view room but get a garden view. And not getting the difference that is paid too The room does not store sound. Enter the bathroom, hear the sound of another room. The accommodation is far away. There are no bus passes.
