The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is cool, the price is quite cheap but also in the center. but near the night market, so I don't sleep, the music plays without a moment's rest. It's close to the center, so it's convenient to go anywhere. I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child, but 2 adults and 2 children came in, still very welcoming, and also gave sweets and some other things.

Room was small but clean. Right above the bars but I was out most of the night anyways. It 's a good, cheap option if you don't wanna deal with taking a taxi late at night.

The hotel has no elevator and the rooms are also very small. If you just want entertainment and like a decent party, but really the music from the bar along the road will only stop around 4am. Clearly this is not the right place to stay for family events. In the future it is clear, will not return here.

I was checking in to khaosan palace hotel last saturday sept 7, 2019 at around 6-7pm and one of the receptionist is very rude! Receptionists are supposed to be nice and accomodating especially when handling customers who came from a long travel! I didn't get the rude receptionist’s name but she is tall and fat she is laughing and talking thai and when I asked her whats funny she showed me her phone telling me its her facebook shes laughing at and not me! Do you think its right to use your cellphone while working and handling guests of your hotel? Very rude!

Convenient to come to party and morning, Phra Kaew temple, sleeping room, very loud noise, size on the 3rd floor and the pub is closed. Also heard the people below the street talking throughout. If staying to party is ok, good price, great location.
