The wonderful Fairmont, exceeded all of my expectations. My sea view was picture prefect and exceptional…my suite was so spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again soon! Excellent!

Amazing location due to proximity to the Nakheel mall. A good variety of dining options available in the hotel and nearby. Only 10 minutes drive from Dubai Marina. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options and good selection of savoury and sweet options.

It was nice, very Dubai. Not too expensive compared to others.

All the staff made made me feel welcome and provided a very good service.

Is a lovely and very busy hotel, however, is very noisy at night till the early hours of the morning. At the front very loud nightclub music blaring if your room is on that side, we stayed on the other and the traffic from the motorway was really loud too and sports cars racing up and down all night. The glass doors did little to block the sound. Would I stay there again, sorry unfortunately not because of the poorly sound insulated glazing in the rooms.

The staff abuse animals! I witnessed a staff member pick up a runaway dog around the pool area and throw it over the wall, with a 6ft drop. The tiny dog suffered a damaged leg and when speaking with the head of security in utter disgust at what I had just witnessed, they said dogs aren’t allowed by the pool. I will never stay at a Fairmont again. They lack awareness in how to handle situations and justify hurting a tiny little dog; there was no justification. The rest of the trip is insignificant as this experience was truly awful. I then spent 30 minutes with the area security trying to help find the little dog after it had been thrown over the wall. So little care and respect for a little living creature that clearly had an owner and just got away.

We really enjoyed this hotel and would like to return. The beachfront position was great plus there was an excellent selection of pools for swimming. Our room was huge and included a separate living/dining room and large deck and small kitchenette which was unexpected. It is a not brand new but it is beautifully maintained. the breakfast selection was excellent and all the staff very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont! Spacious rooms, great pool area and delicious buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend! Walking distance to local shopping mall.

Had lots of problems trying to get room serviced, Staff did not resolve after 3 attempts. Booked car to the airport and the amount quoted was not that requested of the driver. Very disappointing experience
