The room was decent in size but the A/C was very noisy.
You can tell that the hotel is quite old and there are a lot of works required to bring it to these days standards.
Breakfast selection was limited as well and juice always running low so most of the time

Our room had a cigarette smell for the first 48 hours. The sheet also smelled like cigarette. I contacted the front desk to change room but they wouldn’t help us. Also the coffee cups were not all cleaned and had coffee stains at the bottom.

Booked the place for 7 nights. Just when I thought everything was going good , I called the front desk so they can please heat up my food and they said no. 😢😪 I was going to extend my stay there but I did not I found a different hotel who had a kitchen in the room instead so I don’t have to ask for any favors.

A newer hotel with amazing staff and rooms. We were greeted properly, and our room was amazingly clean and comfortable. the decor was modern, figuring out AC was a bit confusing but it worked at the end. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Lobby was clean and the smelled amazing, I just wanted to stay there forever.
We only had breakfast at the hotel which was good, but I would have loved to see more options. More cheese and fruits, pancakes etc. walking distance to the Deira City Centre, we would definitely go back

It was a good experience to stayed in your Hotel, however lately your Water temperature drop to cold almost cant have a bath or so . And also your Balcony was Locked at all times couldn't enjoy the nice weather while sipping my warm coffee . otherwise its perfect.

New hotel only about 4 months old. So everything was basically good. Excespt the shower bath concept is ok but the height to climb into the bath is ridiculous for an elderly. Also the shower screen is to narrow to have a decent shower without wetting the floor.
Otherwise all good, did not try the breakfast. Close to the mall of the emirates about 8-10 mins walk.
