Enige aparte was de lokatie van het zwembad. Deze lag zo goed als de hele dag in de schaduw. Wellicht hartje zomer prettig, maar in december met de wind best frisjes. Verder een prachtig hotel en vriendelijk personeel.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. I appreciated the modern decor and comfortable bed, which made for a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided, including free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a coffee maker, added to the convenience of my stay.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks to the amazing reception crew .. specially Mr #Sufian .. They were incredibly friendly and respectful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I greatly appreciated their flexibility in accommodating my late check-in, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding service! I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.

It was just an average hotel stay. No microwave in the room. Room service never showed up despite multiple requests. Servicing staff in dining area was very friendly and nice but the people in dining checkin were not friendly at all and didn’t even bother responding to the greetings much less do a greeting themselves or have a smiling face

Service was fabulous. The male spa facilities need urgent attention. The pool was being renovated but we didn’t know this until arrival. We would have picked another hotel with a pool if we knew. Management compensated us for this inconvenience though, which was very efficient.
Rooms ok, just a bit damp in bathroom. Tap leaking in kitchen and shower leaking all over the floor in bathroom

Very average stay. Reached the hotel at 5pm (check-in time was 2pm) and still waited an hour to be checked in. Eventually was given a People of Determination room which we accepted since we did not have the energy or patience to waste more time. Wifi in the hotel is extremely slow.
Taxi are easily available and the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

This was my second time within 2 weeks I stayed in Novotel, the same story. Not very good customer service, smelly room, horrible pillows, AC was blowing cold air straight into a nose, couldn't change this set up, AC controller was failing apart, found hairs in the bathroom, shower was leaking.

Terrible experience, very bad smell was going out of the toilet and I he team couldn’t do anything about it. Offered smoking room although I don’t smoke, the receptionist was very rude and tough! My last experience one week before was completely different so they have no consistency in their service and system
