Just few interiors need some make-over. Those are not in bad condition but to keep 4-star rating it’s good to have the interiors fixed.

I would like a full refund the staff was rude. The blackout curtains were broken and never fixed ruined my sleep for 3 nights and were Velcro temp fastened

The staff have been most helpful especially Rupesh and the reception staff who helped my wife with a charger for her phone and with directions and where to go, also gave us a complimentary upgrade.
The rooms are a great size the furniture is a little dated but the staff and friendliness more than make up for that, really enjoyed our stay

Great location for the Marina and JBR, plenty supermarkets all around. Sobha Realty metro station is a 10 min walk too.
