Location near Philly airport was very convenient; staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and quick; lobby, elevators, floor, and room were super clean. My husband and I both agreed we would definitely stay here again.

The young ladies at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was clean, but the heat/AC unit was very loud, making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. The game area in the lobby was clean, and the bar was closed the day we were there which was a bummer. Despite the heat/AC unit and there only being one pool stick we definitely plan on staying again.

Bar wasn’t open on a Saturday night. NFL championship game wasn’t televised. Had to Uber to watch the game. Door handle in bathroom was broke. Ran out of hot water in minutes. Never stay there again

I wasn't happy that their restaurant was closed and I had to walk in the cold to a near by hotel to eat. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff was nice

It's like no one knows the answer or anything so the staff was OK. It's a little dirty in the rooms. The gym isn't that way clean or capped wow obviously it's an airport also so it's not the best ever but I guess it's better than the other airport hotels

Room on first floor is very new and nice. Parking is paid for by the hotel.
Bar is closed on Tuesday 1/14/24, so is the pool.
Gym is pretty bare, but in good condition.
