It was an average stay

Checked late afternoon and thought the facility would be fine. A couple hours later and the hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana. The smell seeped into my room and from that point on I could sleep and I was mad. Why waste the ink by having me say I won’t smoke in the room when apparently multiple people are and no one is going to do anything about it. I should have gone down and demanded a refund but I was too tired. I am getting madder the more I write and want to go back and give one star. Do better!

Back door card reader not working. Carpet in room needs update. Breakfast was limited but ok.

Checked in late with a reservation. The room was disgusting. The bathroom had hair all over the toilet and floors. The toilet was dirty. The shower looked terrible. The door handles on the bathroom were falling off. The bedside table was filthy and there was an onion peel on the floor. Insane to me. I had to ask for towels from the front desk and she said “I don’t know what these house keepers did today” WILL NEVER GO BACK. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Giving it one star was generous

Very comfortable

This property was terrible. The desk receptionist had a nasty disposition he was very rude! I asked him for two clean face towels he told me to bring the dirty face towels and he'll wash them and give them back to me! I have never stayed in a hotel or motel where I had to bring dirty face towels to the desk in order to get too clean ones. The TV volume went out a day before ceck out. We had to sit in our room without any volume on TV. He did nothing about that. The bathroom was very filthy. They didn't even wash the toilet bowl, the faucet, bathtub, coffee maker.the desk and the telephone! The linen had cigarette holes in them. The bed was uncomfortable and the carpets was dirty and stinky. We switched from room 115 because it was stinky to 206 and it was a little better. We only stay because it was close to a family members funeral. We will tell everyone never to stay at this hotel.

Don't do it! There are much cheaper and cleaner hotels in Monroe. The door handle broke to the bathroom, the water pressure for flushing the toilet was low; the a/c was leaking water and overall it just felt dirty and dank. I could only stay 1 of 2 nights before going to the Marriott. There are Red Roof Inns and other options on 165 that are better for a lower price.

Every time I come to the hotel I don't have an issue. The staff is pleasant

Staff very helpful . Liked the refrigerator & microwave in the room . Room was very dirty especially the bathroom. Smelled strongly like cigarettes although a non smoking room. Others were smoking in hall .

The hallway our room was in smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and there was a sticker on one of the headboards, but otherwise it was pretty decent place to stay.

No hot water, even though i requested a nonsmoking room, room smelt like it was previously smoked in. And a\c wasnt working properly

Everything was fine minus our bathroom. It didn’t seem clean. There were a lot of what looked like abandoned projects. Plants outside with a bag of mulch, old pump for the fish tank in the lobby. Just simple stuff that could help raise the star rating. Staff was there…not friendly but not rude. Again small stuff and it was cheap to stay. The area around it was decent, not terrible, just a small town atmosphere.

a very dirty room. had to ask for more than 2 towels. Bathroom was very dirty. employees were polite, but not friendly. It looked like we were bothering them for help. I would not recomend using this place.
