I will not stay at this hotel again. Poor maintenance.

The shower had no pressure and we had hardly any hot water to shower. The pillows we so old. The sofa we couldn't even sit on it. This property needs to be remodeled badly. The staff was very nice

We stayed here for a night on our way to Lubbock for family Christmas. We did check in later than normal but had no issues. It wasn’t until we got to the elevator to go to our 2nd floor room that we saw a note taped to the elevator stating that it was out of service and to use the stairs. This was NOT told to us when we checked in. As my wife is disabled and not able to manage stairs we were highly upset. The front desk agent did manage to get us a 1st floor room and it was a “suite” as that’s all they had available. Room was decent and it did the job of a place to sleep for the night. Probably won’t stay here again.

Room had bed bugs ! I have bites all over me . I was not able to talk to the manager he wasn’t at the property. I have multiple bites on me . I took pictures of the places I could reach . Now I can’t get of hold anyone . They don’t answer the phone . Hotels. Com hasn’t been any help so far . I’m livid This hotel is out dated the furniture is old and torn up . The staff I did talk too was nice .

The room had bed bugs , I have bites all over me . See pictures below . The staff I did talk too was friendly . But I was never able to speak to the manager he never came to talk to me like he was supposed too and I still haven’t heard from him . I’ve requested a refund and can’t get any help . Hotels.com did try to call them 3 times with zero luck ! The pictures don’t even show all the bites I have on me . Other than the bug issue the hotel needs updating for sure the furniture is pretty only in the rooms

So many things wrong... A) advertised as a suite with two queen beds. Showed up and it had a king bed in bedroom and a worn out couch in other room. Front desk said this hotel doesnt even have a suite with 2 beds.. so i showed her my email receipt.. said they could put us in room with double queens if we didn't want to use fold out..(keep in mine ive already paid for suite) go back upstairs and my friends decide to just use fold out..We pull it out and frame is broke, wont even hold mattress. Not to mention that the matress was DISGUSTING..looked like all kinds of different stains. The room was just nasty all together. I go back downstairs and now all of a sudden they dont have ANY room available to go because she gave away in the 10 min i went back upstairs. After giving up trying to get them to help rectify situation , we packed our things and left..we paid and made reservation thru Hotels.com so they wouldnt give me my money back.. HORRIBLE experience..

this is an economical stay. Bedsheets are clean and bed was comfortable. That's all I needed. I noticed quite a few dogs so it is very dog friendly. we stayed overnight. Somethings show wear and tear at the hotel but overall the price is right for just using the bed and the shower. coffee is terrible and breakfast is continental. we would stay again next time I need to pass through.

The staff is GREAT! The room - no rust in the tub slow draining sink, dings in walls, thin tiny towels, cigarette burn in comforter, terrible pillows, fitness not working, on site laundry not working, can hear everything thru the walls, noisy, not as pictured on the website- the room we had … it was like an old motel 6 but the staff was really nice

The building itself was in a very sketchy, dimly lit part of town. The room appeared dirty and unkempt. Paint was chipping off the walls. There was not even a coffee maker in the bedroom! Not to mention the beds were hard, super thin sheets and non-existent pillows. Even when folded over the pillows were way less than adequate.

I had to wait over 5 minutes to be acknowledged when I checked in. I got to my room all seemed fine. About an hour later I returned to my room and found bugs. They were crawling on the cieling. This morning I found more bugs in the bathroom. Not sure if there were earwigs, water bugs or maybe cockroaches. I was afraid to eat breakfast in the morning but I went down to see what was offered. Cold cereal and waffles but no waffle mix to make the waffle, yogurt. At checkout I brought the conditions of the room to the front desk attention. She said of bugs sorry. I could have stayed elsewhere for a lot less. If I had had my own mode of transportation I would have left and gone else where.

Excellent staff!

The place and the staff were a lot better than the last time I stayed there. Elevator was a bit outdated and made a terrible noise.

Came here due to a project I have in the city. Good hotel no complaints what so ever

Property desperately needs an overall update. I was shocked to hear dogs barking in rooms. I will not stay there again even though the front desk lady was very helpful.

First of all, we called ahead and were told that the property was newly renovated so when we arrived we were sorely disappointed and upset. The room smelled like mildew and mold very badly. We had relatives that stayed in the room next to us so we compared rooms. The only upside to their room was that it didn’t smell. In both rooms, the furniture was falling apart. There was mold in the shower all over the bottom of the curtain. There was a huge stain on the bed cover. By the window on the top, there was very visible mold and the paint was peeling off. There was rust all over the toilet paper holder and on the bottom of the shower floor. There was tile missing in the bathroom behind the door. Where the medicine cabinet is in the bathroom, there was open pipes as you opened the door. The room was really dirty as well. The staff was hardly ever around when you needed something. We saw a lady wait for 20 minutes for help also in the lobby. The fridge in our room was off when we arrived so we had to put our milk, etc, in our cooler overnight in the office fridge. If we could rate this hotel at a 0, we would. Easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at and that says a lot since we’ve stayed in a good amount over the years. The hotel staff, I’m assuming, had 2 chairs right outside the sliding doors from the lobby for people to sit and smoke. The smoke odor came into the lobby. It smelled awful and we have a toddler and a 3 month old baby, which is not okay for them to be breathing

I’ve NEVER stayed at anything like this. There was people sitting out front of the property in dining room chairs with baby cribs. The lawn was in desperate need of cutting. Bushes not trimmed. The carpets were so dirty and stained. The linen was stained with what appeared to be urine l. The place smelled like a nursing home.

The furniture is work out aside from the bed. The dresser is missing a large chunk out of the veneer on the bottom corner. The additional green chair has had its better days and it is time to throw it out. The plug in on the dresk.. 2 work but one shocked me. The tub needs resurfaced. The bathroom counter is falling off the wall. Theres about an inch gap from the back splash piece to the counter top. The bathroom door wont shut because of the fallen counter. We did not use the Tv, coffee maker, or refrigerator to give our opinions of those. But the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner works very good.
