I appreciated being able to have my aging dog in the room with us. The check-in staff was especially kind and accomodating to change our reservation to a first floor room, when we learned of limited access to the second floor (i.e., no elevator), which posed a challenge for our dog. Thank you very much.

PRO : have been staying here for the past 3+ years every time we come to Peoria area and neighboring city and the staff have been courteous , friendly and Gil , the manager , is wonderful ; the renovated room does not have carpets and the bed is comfortable ; basic toiletries ; breakfast is offered at a certain time - nothing fancy ; well lit parking lot ; close to a lot of stores / restaurants ; close to Bradley university ; has more pros than cons so we always come back and stay here
CON(s) : usually there is only 3 pillows in a queen room ; the hallway carpets has its days ; no elevator ( but it is only 2 story ) ; walls are not that thick so voices/sounds can be heard if it is loud

I stayed here in town to visit family at the hospital. The staff at the front desk was friendly and informative. I slept in, so didn't see what was there for breakfast, but overall pretty comfortable. The AC unit is pretty noisy (not bad for white noise) and the walls are pretty thin, but for a simple, quick stay, it was enjoyable!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very limited. There were a few night's that I heard people arguing in the parking lot and they brought it into the building and to their room. ( they had a room down the hall from me) had some issues with heating, the unit would run but would shut off after running for only 10 seconds. I had to get another room due to ceiling had a leak that was right over the bed. Reception area was clean as well as the room. Location was good with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly & helped us whenever we needed anything. If I had a complaint it would be that the continental breakfast left little to be desired but “you get what you pay for”. It was a cheap stay and we were able to spend time with family which is why we were there.

The people working there are great they are very nice and it was clean . The parking lot is not secure there's no cameras in the parking lot my car was broken into this morning at 4:00. They act like it was no big deal they could have cameras in the parking lot on both sides. They also know that homeless people live out there in the dumpsters and hang out by there and they do nothing about it. So if you want your stuff stolen stay there but I wish they would try to do something about the homeless problem they have hanging out in their lot breaking into people's stuff.

Stay was okay. Would be great but the fact every morning house keeping would knock on the door for room service. Was working night shift at Perkins NRG power plant asked to not be disturbed and even had the sign in the door. Always bring my own covers and towels do didn’t need room service.

Our to-go-to -stay when in the area ; close to a lot of stores , Bradley university, room price is descent and the has welcoming staff ; rugs in the hallway is not at it’s best , the walls are thin so conversations and TV shoes can be heard if loud , but beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean for a good night’s sleep .

There is an ice machine in the lobby that gives a nasty smell, especially as you walk up the stairs. The windows in the room didnt close all the ways so the wind made noise as it came through.

We booked a king bed upstairs and was told there was no elevator to use so since we were already booked and we were there for business we agreed to a queen bed downstairs. The bed was not a queen (maybe a full), the room was small (the bathroom felt bigger), and they didn’t even have enough breakfast for us even though we got there with an hour to spare. It was not comfortable and it was in a bad area. Everytime we can back the staff were all smoking in the back and by the doors to enter.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. While the building is not new, it looks as it has undergone a renovation of sorts. Polite staff, nice breakfast, super clean and convenient to area restaurants, shops, etc.
