Bathroom was smaller than I was expecting and the shower had some drain issues but other than that the stay was amazing, the staff is outstanding and the place is quite beautiful. I was very happy with our stay!

The staff were affable and welcoming. The rooms were clean but they don’t look anything out of the ordinary.
Our room didn’t have a microwave; I didn’t look at that before booking, so my bad. Just be aware you might not have one and might need to go to the lobby asking for access to one; it happens when you have small children. Beds were not uncomfortable but you can see the usage for sure. Our tub was a little backed up when taking a shower; we didn’t report it as this was a minor annoyance.
Lastly, I didn’t read this either; my bad. Just make sure you know that parking is charged separately. It’s currently $25 plus taxes per night.

The property is lovely, the beds are not super comfy and our fridge didn’t work well and the sink didn’t drain properly. The hotel is a bit older but clean overall. It’s close to Disney and the shuttle service is so nice! We’d probably stay here again!

The hotel/lobby itself was beautiful. The front desk staff was friendly. The only downside was the room. The sink water was dirty and the room smelt like mold. The air felt dusty so my allergies were acting up.
If they remodeled the rooms I would definitely book here again!

We loved the extra touches that made our room feel like it was a part of the Disney magic. The grounds were gorgeous with beautiful landscaping and Christmas trees.

The suite was larger. Our room was not available until 5pm (an hour late), but we were given 2 free buffets! The bar staff, they were nice, actually all the staff were nice. Shuttle was easy. The only thing is it was very out dated, things were not quality (like indoor decorations). Overall it was ok but the convince made it worth it.

Rooms are very quiet, didn't hear any of the outdoor traffic noise. Close to restaurants, great for doordash orders. Rooms seem outdated and only one of the elevators worked but was very noisy.

We arrived in the evening (8pm) and had to wait awhile because the room assigned to us was listed as ‘dirty’. They then assigned a different room in the adjacent building…with a patched up tub that had a leaky faucet. The maximum room temp was 71, but the room was drafty so it was cold. There was a tissue box but it was empty. The coffee cups were styrofoam. The remote to the TV wouldn’t turn on the TV, you had to use the side button.
I have never had a problem with this hotel beforehand. I have always used it for my Disney adventure stays and always enjoyed my stay. I’m hoping this was a one time fluke due to the busy season.
