I am just reviewing the first part of our stay which has been a month, but it has been excellent! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and Rebecca baked my daughter a wonderful huge birthday cookie and they sang happy birthday to her which has never happened anywhere that we’ve stayed before. We are going to be Staying here for the duration of the winter and are very happy to do so.

It is much better than it used to be since it changed owners. It's now clean everything sanitary. They're doing a lot of upgrades .Good value for the money. Excellent!

This is an older property that is loved by so many. The price is right, the rooms are clean, the staff is exceptional. Great customer service. We love the outdoor seating area, and being able to walk to the beach. There is a small store next door with a huge collection of exactly what you need! This retro motel is a blast! And pet friendly! Thanks for having our family as guests again and again! We love yall!

It was definitely a disappointment to pull up and see the property was not like it shows in the pictures. We did not stay. We canceled our reservations very disappointed.

Everything was perfect for what I wanted as I had my 2 kids for the week. We were literally walking distance to the beach the room was clean, tv and air con worked as expected and service was good. Everything is not that far away and my kids were happy and had a good time there. Definitely go there again.

Staff was nice and friendly but the water smelled TERRIBLE 😞 couldn't even take a decent shower the whole stay I will not be back it was not worth the money they didn't have spacious rooms the blankets were old didn't even get under the covers it was nice to be by the beach but it was not just the smell of the water was too much.

Property budget friendly and close to beach access. That’s all, accommodations very poor, maintenance is non existent for accommodations meaning poorly maintained property in every aspect. But- if you want a cheap(er) place to stay and don’t care or expect even the minimum of comfort. This is your place.
Cheap, musty, dirty and unkempt, but not and I repeat NOT bug infested, a/c works and Doninoes delivers here!

Me and my son stayed here a few times in 2022 with an ok experience. In 2023 i stayed and the hotel had a horrible smell and it was dirty. I read recent reviews and decided to stay this past weekend. What an improvement! Very Clean. Management very nice. Not fancy. Just a clean place to shower and sleep while you "Beach."
