The front desk staff were very accommodating and kind. The property has a lower level (not seen from street) so main floor rooms are numbered in the 200s. Pool, hot tub and sauna and breakfast room are next to the lobby and on this floor.
The rooms have been updated with a more modern look. The King bed was very comfortable, firm but quilted, with clean crisp linens and a lightweight comforter.
The room had a medium-sized microwave and an executive style mini fridge. Plenty of power in microwave to reheat or cook food and lots of counter top space along the backside of bathroom wall (easily 4 feet) for food/coolers etc.
The entryway is stone tile from door just past closet cut out. Between the safe and the interior closet wall was enough space to slide an XL collapsible canvas kennel (or large hard crate). Very convenient when traveling with a service animal.
Great water pressure and good hot temperature in shower. Shower head is a twist to adjust for stream/flow, but there was no handheld option in this standard King room.

The Hot tub was in bad shape. Very dirty.
The Sauna took a long time to warm up.
The Bathtub/Shower in the Room needs an instruction guide on where to turn for hot water or Cold. Took me some time to find out.

It is a good hotel if you are looking for a place to crash. Little details like actual curtains on the windows would be nice. Just a thin curtain you can see through is all our room had. We were on the ground floor so everyone could see in. It was clean, which is what i cared about.

I booked and paid for a King suite with the bed in a bedroom for me an my girlfriend and our 2 kids with the intent of the kids using the hid-abed and us in the bedroom, and allow for room to move around without walking on each other. When I checked in they gave us a 2 queen room with barely enough room to walk by the beds. There was no room to move around and the only place to sit was on a bed.

They have it set up that you can’t close the window curtains so you’re awake when the suns up . The pool is in door pool and it’s freezing. Not our fav cheaper place to stay .

No elevators made it a bit difficult with a toddler. Our room was very small. Hot tub and pool were nice as well as the surrounding area and parking. This was a last minute trip so we didn't have a real plan. Took about a week for our deposit to be returned which was a bit frustrating. Breakfast was decent with hot options as well as waffles, and the standard cold fare.

The room had hair all over the hard floors.the carpet and hard floors were sticky(I don't even want to think what that may have been.) Loud music. Loud enough that it was shaking the bed.called front desk only to be told that she wasn't hearing anything (I was 2 rooms away from the front desk) after calling the front desk the loud music lasted for 6 hours. If it wasn't the music the jumping around and running. Rudeness from the fronk desk clerk. I didn't get any rest.

We had to change rooms because the light and shower weren't working well,there was constant noise from people up stairs and in the halls all night,I did not sleep well at all, breakfast was horrible as well!! Never again!!!
