The room was perfect and clean. Appreciated the tall height of the shower head. As a tall person. I'm often ducking down and this was wonderful to be a good foot underneath of it. Sometimes it's the small things. Can easily walk to downtown and enjoy this small City.

Nice large room. Would have like some bathroom amenities. There was no lotion, shower cap or anything that are usually in rooms

It was great. The staff were very nice. The place was clea. The only problem was that we had a connecting room (where the door was locked), and we were able to hear the entire conversation of the next door neighbor when they checked in middle of the night, which disturbed our sleep.

It was alright. For 1 night, did the trick and was ok. The beds didn't feel like they were a queen size, more like a full or double. The pillows were also not comfortable. That being said, it was clean and room was laid out well. We would stay again for 1 night but not for longer.

I had to call up front to ask how to turn the shower on because I couldn’t figure it out. They said I had to pull super hard on the knob, took all the strength I had. The water temp was hard to get right, it was either broiling hot or cool, you had to barely move the nozzle to drop or raise 30 degrees.

the property was experiencing significant plumbing issues and in the midst of that, and beyond their control, there was a partial grid power outage for half a day.
Kudos to the staff for not losing it- they stayed positive under adverse conditions. We would stay there again because there is no way those black stars could ever align again. Great folks there for sure- desk to maintenance.

There was very few people staying in the hotel so we had the place to ourselves the first night. Then the next night hey big family was placed right next to us who was really loud and had a lot of screaming children. We went to the front desk they did offer to move us but we figured we could tough it out, but it was really loud.

The employee that checked us in was professional and friendly. The room could use some updating. The bottom of the shower was showing alot of wear and tear. The shower water handle was so hard to pull to turn the water on that i thought i was going to pull it out of the wall. One of the bed frames rattled every time you move in the bed. Otherwise, the room was clean and the tv worked.
