Great place to stay, HOWEVER the lady at the front desk chased me into the parking lot fussing about my keys, which were in my room for pickup. Chill out fussy grandma, don't chase guests out to their car in the AM. You were a negative note on a great stay!

Front desk staff was top notch! She has a very humorous check in speal, very enjoyable after a 6 1/2hr drive. We need more guest services like her! Pool and Hot Tub with towels. Fresh fruit, granola bars and cookies in lobby at no charge. There is an Applebee's and Tim Hortons right out front of the hotel as is a WellNow Urgent Care. Our visit in and out in 1/2hr. Would stay again without a doubt. They are pet friendly too!!

Dirty worn carpet in stairways. Bathroom cleanliness not up to par. No elevator to get to second floor. Warm breakfast was satisfactory with fresh fruit and yogurt.

The hotel itself is pretty nice. Was a disappointment to get there and see the hot tub not working. When we went to go swimming the pool area was freezing cold. We asked if it was supposed to be that way and were told no but the owners are the only ones that can adjust the heat.

We didn’t plan on staying at Best Western in Dunkirk NY but were forced to exit I-90 west bound due to closure of freeway due to snow storm. The short notice booking charge for first night was $300.00 CAD and second night $198.00 USD plus tax for an average room.with kingsize bed. Honestly the pricing was ridiculously expensive but no choice due to weather

I did not find it a good value for the cost. Stained carpets and floors were terrible. Pool was closed. Not a well maintained building.

Glad was just a quick overnight stop. Flies all over the bathroom, grubby counter by coffee pot, bed and couch very worn. Bed was like an old hideabed mattress.
