we were extremely disappointed our grand daughter had a game we could of drove back home but decided we wanted to relax so we chose a seperate hotel than our family 20 minutes farthur it was suppose to have a hot tub which i asked both guys on the phone to make sure and a heated pool and it was neither so we paid to stay for no reason the water was too cold to get in and no hot tub and we didnt know i have a boot on damaged foot and chf he also has breathing issues to get there and no elevator and we have to carry luggage up the stairs so no it was not a good stay

The worst experience I’ve had ever! They refused to clean our room because we stayed 4days.we changed our own sheets! To top it off the last day we seen a roach in our room.the hotel or best western customer support has done nothing to help

This is this place I stay when I come back home for a visit. Staff is friendly, the "dining area" is a great place to have family come in to catch up, rooms are quiet. Breakfast is great. No elevator (which is a bummer) and the water has a "funk" to it due to the reservoir (bring your own water).

Only there for one night.
Room was good, although it was the first time in a while in a Queen size bed -- we normally use King. Only 3 pillows for the two of us, so one sat in a chair to read while the other lounged on the bed. We did have a family overhead with foot stomps while kids were running back and forth, but otherwise the room was quiet (no major street noise). Quiet residential neighborhood.
Amenities were okay, basic but complete.
Breakfast was good -- waffles were the best part, and coffee was good, but strong.
Would definitely stay there again, if a King bed was available.

Facility is a little dated and room smelled like someone had smoked in it at one point. Also, there is no elevator so had to haul bags up and down stairs to 2nd floor room.
