Was a nice enough place to stay. Bed as a little too firm but staff was very accommodating and friendly

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Bathroom needed done maintenance due to old drains.

There person behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. There is a store next door called the Pecan Shack that is really a neat place to shop.

Clean and friendly service

The gentleman greeted us as we came in and was very nice and polite. Was a very comfortable and quiet location. Got a room with two double beds and the room was huge. Wish I could fine that room everywhere I worked! Very clean and comfortable beds. My friend forgot her sweater and the guy at the desk even called me to tell me it was left. Great place!!

Terrible experience. Dirty sheets: hair and looked like unwashed gross stains. Tried 2 different rooms, both terrible. Smelled badly too. Neither hotel nor Orbitz would refund. Drove to another hotel and paid for another room an hour away. Do not go here.

Convenient location.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, tv easy to work and plenty of channels, cold A/C (and not too noisy), good water pressure in shower, good hot and cold options for breakfast, friendly service. Hotel was very clean and in good condition. We were very pleased with this hotel.

Many live bugs, it’s horrible

Very limited dining, property needed work

The whole hotel smelled musty and dirty. Mildew smell. Elevator out of date on service. Dirt on the floor. Breakfast was a joke. Half a cup of waffle batter at a time with all that would be got out so you had to wait. Small about scrambled eggs but out again waiting 10 to 15 minutes before restocking.

So I was thinking about leaving a moderate review until we checked out. There was a stain on the sheets and mildew on the shower curtain… but the customer service the next morning was top notch. I would stay again just because the staff is so friendly. They can always clean up a little more, but these days it’s hard to find friendly staff willing to go over and beyond. Anything we needed, they bent over backwards to help with… they also gave the baby a yogurt to take with her! Just very sweet sweet staff.

The hotel seemed a bit dated and the pool was closed for renovation. That being said, the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. We inadvertently a bag full of our dirty clothes when we left. DG Palma called and let me know we left them. He said they could mail them to me if we provided a pre-paid mailing label. I printed one from the USPS website and emailed to him and he mailed the clothes to me. He is awesome.
