We had a small hiccup with our room the first night. The staff was very accommodating and handled the situation well. They offered us an upgrade (we declined because we were there with a second family and it would have put us on opposite floors). Staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor heated pool was the highlight of the kids stay!

Made this reservation for my son and husband who were up for a hockey tournament. My son absolutely loved the pool, being able to swim outside while it was cold and even snowing. He’d live in there if he could. Hot tub was great, they enjoyed the breakfast and now asking for a touch less pancake maker haha
Room was clean, hotel was clean, front desk staff friendly.

I’ve always been impressed with the level of standards at this hotel. Love the hot tub and outdoor heated pool, though not a fan of kids having snowball fights in it. Kids will be kids!

The staff (especially the breakfast people0 were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was GREAT!!! Lots of choices. My only "complaint" is the shower had no force even after I adjusted it. So bad was it that i really could not even wash my hair.

Excellent for families. The pool was great and breakfast was fulfilling. Lots of options. The property is older but the cleanest one I have been in awhile. Staff friendly and helpful. Will be back for sure!!

This place is amazing but not on January 1st. Assuming the New Year's Eve party was epic and out of control in the pool. Went to enjoy a swim on the night of first, after arriving and it was full of things I'm grossed out to say I was in that water. They should have had had signs for no swimming until the pool was vacuumed and cleaned out. Other than that. It is a great place. Just saddened we went for the pool and didn't get to enjoy it.

Great hotel! Our room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. There is 24/7 coffee in the lobby which was really appreciated after a cold winter drive.
Breakfast was good and they can accommodate common allergies - I have to eat gluten free and they had Udi's bagels on request!
There is a lovely indoor/outdoor pool that is open year-round. It was a little colder than I expected, but plenty of people were using it so I think that's a personal preference. There is also a nice hot tub with a waterfall indoors.
Overall our stay was great and the staff were all super friendly. Thanks!!

We had a nice visit and have been coming here for years. One recommendation though is the hot tub really need some maintenance work done. Only a few of the jets work. We remember years ago when they all worked really well and you’d have tons of bubbles now hardly any. Thank you.
