I can’t tell you the last time I stayed at a best western but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a lot of room . Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and was heated. Great hotel at a good price.

Even though the property is near a busy intersection it has a nice pool area and there is a pond in the back with turtles and other wildlife. It is easily viewable from the balconies of the rooms that overlook the back.
Spacious, clean lobby area. Nice, secluded breakfast eating area. Very clean and tidy.
The room was comfortable and clean. I'd stay there again!

The staff was great. Place is under construction and smells like paint and chemicals. It’s in an area of all stores and restaurants but close enough to downtown. It was fine but will probably be better once it’s been completed. Breakfast was pleasantly good.

The young woman who checked me in was terrific. She explained all of the features of the hotel really clearly and carefully, and when I asked for a quiet room on the top floor, she really went out of her way to get me just the right room.

If it wasn’t for all the cockroaches in my room, I would have enjoyed it more. Also, my room was on ground level with a window facing the parking area so I was uncomfortable opening the shades. A room on an upper level would be much more private.

Hot tub was hot and felt good on our sore bottoms. Comfy bed nice shower. Fan in the bathroom was rather loud. Overall a place I would recommend.

This was a very nice Best Western. The rooms were clean and well kept. The common areas were clean and nice. Breakfast had many attractive options. The gym equipment was mostly broken or worn out. Everything else was nice.

Have stayed 3 times in last 5 years between 7-10 days each time, decent hotel, pool is great , improved appearance overall in last few years , check in personnel need better training in customer service , greeting people in a friendly manner and smiling for a change. Overall good value!
