Great location with access to many places to eat . Jo checked us in and she was very nice. The room was great! Our room was a wheelchair accessible although we didn’t need that one. If anyone needs this accommodation it is great very large shower . The beds are super soft. No noise at all. The breakfast was also great. Linda did the cooking and she did a great job. I highly suggest this hotel. We stayed here on our way from Mississippi to San Antonio Texas for my daughter’s Air Force graduation. Super place!

While the bedding and bathroom were mostly clean, the stationary items were dingy and stained.

Very nice people that work there very accommodated. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell like it’s been flooded.

Had hair in the tub and had a used bar of soap. The toilet was not secured moved every time you went to the restroom.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and tidy and the king sized bed was 👌👌

Our third floor room had a broken window with glass on the ledge. Someone could have fallen out! It was covered with tape. We were told at check out sorry no one is suppose to be put in that room. The hairdryer and the ice machine were broken. Elevator floor was dirty. The broken glass safety factor was the dealbreaker. Never again.

When we arrived, the hotel had no power. The front desk let us know the elevators werent working, and our room was on the 3rd floor. I have Parkinson's Disease, so a third floor with no elevator couldnt work. There wasn't a 1st floor room available. The front desk person said she understood and would refund the room once the system was back up. We stuck around for 30 minutes to see if the power would come back on, but it didn’t. There was also a drunk, angry guest that couldn't get into his room, and we didn't want to leave her alone. The hotel then refused our refund request through Hotels.com. That decision is pretty insulting after being told we would get a refund while at the property.

The beds were very comfortable ! But a negative would be that there was only 1 ice machine working and it was on the first floor at the end of the hall. I was on the 3rd. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to pull in and out. Rooms were clean however the bathroom vent did not work and the shower was in desperate need of a new vavlve and shower head. Had to run around to get wet with very little pressure. Should have spent the extra 20 bucks and stayed the the Comfort Inn next door.

For such an economical price, this place is super nice. I stay here when I'm in town visiting family. Staff is awesome and so friendly. Good coffee in the lobby.
