Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel

The lobby is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. It was slightly drafty but I will ensure that my next stays in the area are at this hotel

Wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The halls, rooms, pool, game room, fitness center and lounges are all very clean. The choices for breakfast were very good. The food was fresh and hot. I've stayed here several times. I would highly recommend it.

hotel is outdated looking if charming. service was good. facilities are good -- pool, game room, gym (though gym equipment not varied, mostly just for cardio and arms). it smelled good (food-wise) in the hotel and we wanted to eat in the restaurant to keep dinner simple, but it was kind of a depressing vibe so we went out. everything was good until bedtime. we got into the bed and it REEKED of sweat. like man sweat. we thought it was each other but we had just showered. we realized it was the sheets. unwashed from whoever was there before. DISGUSTING. they gave us another room, which was fine. but then we couldn't sleep b/c the vents or heating system is outdated and every time we'd doze off it would make a loud clanking sound and wake us up. seemed like every 1/2 hour or so. big bummer. breakfast was fine, staff, as mentioned, were kind, and overall it's a clean well located property.

Check in was not good, way to long had to reenter information numerous times, way to long ... person at desk was inept. Need to improve this, everything else was good.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Holidays, that was a nice touch!

Will stay here again if in the area.

The presentation of this hotel was excellent. I love how they had the front lobby setup with Christmas decorations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, overall, I had an amazing stay.

The hotel is warm. Everyone commented on it. Some of us had to turn on the AC on a day in the 30’s.
