Very nice hotel. However we booked for the shuttle to the airport and it did not start until 9AM. Had to pay an extra $30 to get to airport. Very disappointing as our flight left at 7AM. Will definitely use a different hotel with shuttle service available early

If you are looking for somewhere to stay for a quick overnight and you aren’t really picky, this is a great place. The tub had rust stains inside of it and the curtains had stains on it, a big thing for me but may not be for others. It was just decent overall

I got a suite with a pull out couch so the boys could sleep together, and me and my daughter could sleep together. The pull put had no mattress, they were all taken to be cleaned, the night auditor told me he couldnt leave the front desk. I wasnt offered another room or anything. I had to ask for a comforter to ise as cushioning. I wasnt told until the morning that all the mattresses had been pulled for cleaning. Evidently they were supposed to notify me upon check in. And the kids couldn't wake up and swim, because apparently they close the pool on Sundays... Also the hot tub was out of order. My back hurts and im exhausted, so are my kids because all 3 had to sleep in the one bed together.

Hotel was clean and staff was competent. The only issue was the room sound sealing between rooms. TV from next room could be heard all night. Very hard to sleep.

We could not get the heat to go up. I was cold and had to put my coat and my husband coat on top of the blanket. The bathroom sink was plugged, took forever to drain.
