Mirror in room is ocd crooked. The breakfast had fairly good choices but the cooked eggs were burnt both days, not eatible. Sausage was ok. Bacon was paper thin. A homeless guy came in 3 times and filled up 3 plates at a time and took them out and around to the side of the building. Not stopped. Maybe good but probably drives up prices very expensive room for an ok stay. Lumpy bed.

Stayed only one night! Staff was super friendly. Smooth checkin and checkout. Spacious room. Lots of mirrors in the bathroom area! LOL Well rested sleep. Breakfast was delicious! I would recommend this place most definitely!

Highlight is the included breakfast service. The food choice is average but the breakfast staff is exceptional with restocking & cleanliness. The only item that would make the stay more enjoyable is coffee & tea available in the room. Coffee is offered in the lobby however I’m not inclined to walk outside to the lobby at night in my pj’s or bathrobe.

The room is pleasant and clean.

Hubby and I planned to get reservations with Red Hawk Casino and the hotel was booked for the weekend we wanted. So, we booked with Best Western. Staff were nice, the room was clean and the breakfast wasn’t so bad. Our stay was quite pleasant and we enjoyed it.

My son and I stayed here for one night intending to go to the snow the next day, but a storm ended up turning us around. The room was generally fine except for 3 things. 1. When we tried to put the card in the door lock, the door seemed locked or jammed. My son shoulder pushed his way in and we were okay for the rest of the night since we were not planning on going out. 2. This room (queen suite) was perfect for us since it had 2 areas. I slept in the main bedroom and my son slept on the fold out couch. When we looked for bedding in the room for the fold out couch we quickly discovered it wasn't there. He called down and the front desk didn't pick up, I tried later and had the same issue. It took us about 35 minutes to try to get someone to tell them we needed extra linens for the bed. 3. When we unfolded the hide-a-way bed, we found large paw prints on the mattress. Now about them trying to correct the situations. 1, I received 2 calls later that evening from hotel security asking me about the door. The only issue was we had not contacted them about the door, our neighbor had, but we informed him of our experience. 2. I am always trying to teach my son how to handle situations, so I was trying to get him to directly contact the front desk. I eventually ended up getting the front desk after 35 minutes.

Everything was loud in the room which made it difficult to sleep. Neither of the side lamps nor the tv worked.

A simple and yet big room and location wise is very convenient

From the start of my entrance to the hotel, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me all the information I needed to know.

I’ve stayed at this place 3 times already and this time it was so noisy. The refrigerator was shaking and making lots of noise and in the morning it smelled so bad. I couldn’t stand the smell left early. I’ll probably be back just because my mom lives 2 minutes away.

No coffee maker or hair dryer in room!!!! Expect more from a big corporation like Best Western. Will not book there again because of these two missing ammenities. Also, room was advertised as a queen bed but it was not!!!

Didn't like all the noise

We only stayed 1 night, wishing we could stay longer. Clean, refreshing, and safe

Property is clean, rooms are fairly clean. Hallways smells of marijuana.

The property was clean the room was big and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and they even had several gluten free options! The only negative was the hot tub didn't get very hot and the jets didn't work well but i appreciated that we were still able to use it even in the rain.

Very happy with the stay here. Clean, quiet with great customer service. Continental breakfast was very great.

Beautiful area, I love there's a restaurant right across from the hotel and it's walking distance to the stores nearby.

A young man sat on the floor talking on his phone at night just outside the room for a few hours. There was no incident--just a little unsettling.
