Best Western Plus Reading Inn & Suites

Nice spacious hotel rooms and very helpful staff. Main detractor is the location is challenging to get to and not very straightforward even with a GPS.

Need to improve the cleaning

Everything is very clean. The breakfast area was not only clean, but the service was nice! The problem we had was the fire alarm in the hallway about five doors down started chirping five times every minute starting at about 6:30 AM. After we woke up due to the chirping, I went down to the front desk to see if they realized this. They did. While they apologized, the problem was not addressed until 8:20 AM when maintenance showed up. By that time, we were not going back to sleep. I figured a discount would be applied to my room. There was not discount applied.

My family & I stayed at the Best Western Plus Reading Inn & Suites for Thanksgiving break. The staff was very accommodating, especially the front desk clerk & manager who helped us arrange for our service dogs to stay with us, even though our room wasn't initially pet-friendly. Comfortable & spacious rooms. Ice machines on every floor(a big plus!) Good breakfast with a variety of choices, though limited options if you don't eat pork. Friendly & helpful cleaning staff. Convenient location near a small shopping center & diner. The staff went above & beyond to ensure our service dogs could stay with us, even though our room type wasn't pet-friendly. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh options. However, those who don't eat pork might find the meat selection limited. The hotel's location is quite close to wooded areas, which might be a concern for some guests with pets. More breakfast meat options(like turkey sausage & turkey bacon)would be appreciated. Despite a few minor suggestions, we had a positive experience at this Best Western Plus. The staff's helpfulness & the comfortable accommodations made our Thanksgiving stay enjoyable. We definitely recommend it to other families & travelers looking for a pleasant & convenient place to stay in the Reading area. Regarding an Incident: We had a minor misunderstanding with other guests. However, the hotel staff and security handled the situation professionally and ensured a peaceful resolution.

The property wasn't as well kept as when I was there last. My room was cold as ice because the heater wasn't working. But, the staff was able to place me in another room with a working room heater. But, the bathroom spiget looked as if it had barnicles on it. I didn't know what it was and I wasn't about to touch it. I was somewhat disappointed because less than 2 years ago the hotel and it's rooms were very well kept. Apparently not anymore.

Overall it was a good experience. so It was clean Plenty of parking beds and pillows are comfortable. Free breakfast is good

The place was good minus the constant barking from other peoples pets but overall the stay was good.

Room was standard just as we wanted. Also, pet friendly so my old pupper came with. The staff were extremely inviting and friendly. We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was fantastic! Everybody there seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. We will be back the next time there is a concert or something bringing us that way.

This place is excellent for the price!!! Service was wonderful, it’s pet friendly, clean and the beds are comfortable! Would stay again in the future.

The hotel was clean but very overpriced in my opinion. I paid 166.00 for one night.

We celebrated our 14th anniversary, we always wanted a room with a jacuzzi and we could smoke too we may make it a tradition.
