I have difficulty sleeping usually but the stay here found me fast asleep. The room temperature was perfect, the bed was soft, and the heaviness of the blanket felt like a warm hug. It was just what I needed.

Front staff is soooo super awesome!
Just can’t say enough about their friendliness and true customer service! Best breakfast on the coast!
Now… onto the room carpet… not clean. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and it is a coastal hotel. It was dirty and our grandson came over to visit us and we couldn’t let him on the floor.

We paid for our hotel stay through hotels.com. Then the hotel charged us again. Hotels,com refuses to refund our money. This is the second time we have been double billed through hotels.com. The first time it happened at least our money was refunded. Also the pool and hot tub were out of order and the electronic locks had problems. Dont use hotels.com and dont stay at the Best Western in Reedsport

Room smelled like urine and tub had old stains. Furniture looked run down. Could hear a lot of street traffic. Front desk was hit or miss. Indoor pool and hot tub available, which was nice. Overall wouldn’t come back though.

I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong day. I showed up and was able to get a room. They would not cancel my unneeded reservation and ended up charging me. I will never go here again. I never not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The only downfall was we booked with this hotel so my son and nieces could swim and did not know that the pool was out of order until we checked in.

The entire reason why we chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool and all other facilities in that location were shut down for “repairs” without any notice or idea when it would be back up. While the room was clean upon check in, we had a family of four staying in one room for three days and no housekeeping services. The continental breakfast was low on items due to “no delivery” (we heard this for three days); ran out of orange juice; no hot cocoa. The kitchenette had less than the bare minimum; no mixing bowl; two spoons total; a dirty butter knife in the drawer. For the price, it should have been better.

Our stay was ok.
The hotel has obviously had a brief make over.., it was still very dated.
Rooms were cold.. we found it was so hard to warm up the bathroom.
The rooms just felt old and damp..

Looked online for a hotel with a hot tub, this one had a hot tub and pool, however found out on check in that both were closed. We would have gone elsewhere had we known. Sucks to pay full price and not have all the amenities listed available

At this Bestwetern if this one ladie is is working she always makes you waiting until 3pm, even when there are rooms ready, and SHE acts like you are bothering her when you ask to check in, totally rude women, I like to stay there bit she is a huge negitive for this hotel, and its like kids are runing the place not professionals
