Loved the sauna and pool. Very good breakfast. Had a slight problem with the bathroom and in room coffee maker but general manager was very apologetic and accommodating.

When we first arrived our room was cold and we couldn’t get the heater to warm it up. The clerk found another room for us that was much warmer. She was great and asked if that room met our needs and it did. Later I went to move the drapes and I discovered some drywall dust on the floor and nightstand. Not a big deal, but I wouldn’t like it, if it were my hotel. I didn’t complain about it. The carpet looks new, the furnishings could be updated as they are looking pretty warm. The bed was comfortable, and they had an awesome breakfast with lots of choices. I have never had corned beef hash as an option before at a hotel. I would stay here again.

We spent one night there in morning when leaving I notice that my leggings where missing from my over night bag. I thought maybe I just forgot to pack them but when I go home they were no where to be found at home. So someone when we left for a dinner went in our room and stole my leggings. I called the hotel but they did not have them.

we had a newlly remodeled room. however the job was done poorly. theybremoved wallpaper then painted. removed old carpet and installed new. there was paint all over the old heat still in room mirrorr in bathroom had a chuck broken off. none of the faucets, door handles ( which are in poor condition). used old doors with wood peeling from bottom. old head boards which one had pieces missing. also some wallpaper was still in the bathroom around mirror. The service was good. however upcharged from 99 dolars to 135.00.

The room was very clean upon arrival.
All staff was very friendly to us. The cons to our stay: the refrigerator was broken and smelled moldy. We notified front desk right away but no resolution came from that. The blinds on the windows were broken so we couldn't enjoy any view or natural light. The fireplace wasn't for heat, which was misleading and disappointing. Also, the hotel pool is NOT heated, and since this was a fall/early winter trip, we weren't able to enjoy that. Overall, the hotel felt extremely dated, but I think the staff is trying their best with what they're given.

Decent hotel for the price. Room was dated and needed some maintenance and updates but functional enough for 1 night. Bed was too firm for my liking. Heater sounded like a jet so ended up turning it off to get some sleep. Staff was friendly

The staff was very friendly but this property is old, outdated and not very clean. The jacuzzi tub was missing controls, the shower liner had mold on the bottom, the wallpaper was pealing off the wall, there was hair all over the bathroom floor in the corners, there were old messages from August blinking on the phone, the bed was old and hard. Will not stay at this property again.

It was a convenient location. The room was ok, but carpet was old and stained. Room service doesn't happen unless you spend more than 3 nights. The pool was not clean at all. Breakfast foods ran out of things each morning.

Needed new beds. Good night good comfortable due to whatever springs or whatever that was. Also, room smelled like smoke. They try to use some air freshener in the room. It wasn't too bad but it was definitely there.
